The OECD held an international consultation on the ongoing revision of the OECD Guidelines on Corporate Governance of State-Owned Enterprises, a internationally recognised tool setting standards for states as shareholders, as well as boards and executives of state-invested companies. 
GOVERN has provided our inputs and comments in this event, held in Paris last week, which will be taken into the consideration in the revision process. We are sharing these comments, included among other inputs provided by the stakeholders in the revision process and thank the OECD for inviting us to contribute to the process of revision of this important international standard. Here
